How have you been? It's been quite a while; in fact, my daughter will be turning one next week. I was writing to inquire about that Prenatal Yoga video you sent me. I have since passed it on to my best friend who had her baby late June. The birth went very well, I got to witness/videotape. Now my cousin who is 6 months along and another friend of mine, who I believe is 5 months along, have been asking me about the video. Neither of them are familiar with yoga and what I love about that tape is how easy and simple,
