Thus, we are gaining greater incite on how important creating a loving bond during pregnancy with the unborn child really is. Pre-natal yoga is a great way to start. Many women have reported that sometimes the only way they could quite their crying baby was to sing the chant that we sung at the end of every yoga class. This was the time when the mothers felt the most relaxed because it was directly after deep relaxation. Amazingly, their babies immediately recognized this song with a feeling of calm and peacefulness and would stop crying. A wonderful tool for car rides!
