A light beginner yoga exercise video made specifically for pregnant Moms.
It is a full sixty minutes in length, and was shot digitally in the beautiful Florida Keys. It incorporates exercise, relaxation and visualization techniques which may be used throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
This is the only prenatal yoga video available to the public that is made by an obstetrician/gynecologist (and one that was pregnant during the making of the video) and a Certified Nurse Midwife. The video also includes additional detailed information on optimal nutrition for pregnant women, while also providing instruction on techniques for natural pain relief in labor.
